With 8 Meeting Rooms varying in size and design, the Santarém Hotel offers flexible solutions for Companies that might want to organize their Meetings, Congresses, Conferences or Seminars here.
The Meeting Rooms capacity goes up to 300 People and all of them has Natural Day Light, Air Conditioning, Black Out Curtains and, just like the Public Areas, Free Wi-Fi.

We do have our own Audiovisuals (Projection Screens and Flip Charts). However, Companies can bring their own equipments or we can rent them for you at market prices.
We must refer that the Santarém Hotel is located at 500 meters from the National Exhibition Centre and Fair Grounds and 15 minutes from the National Sports and High Competition Training Centre in the Town of Rio Maior.
